I know, because I’ve seen it happen hundreds of times across more than 200 business transactions, from $20,000 mom-and-pop shops to $62 million acquisitions. Too many entrepreneurs pour their lives into businesses… only to find they can’t sell them when it matters most.

That’s why I built Deal Dynamics Consulting (DDC) — to arm entrepreneurs and content creators with the real strategies, frameworks, and insights they need to build businesses that actually last.

My Story: Forged in Resilience

My career wasn’t built on theory. It was forged in resilience.

I left the corporate world to buy my first business just as my personal life was hit with massive challenges: a divorce, huge medical bills, and two of my sons being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Failure wasn’t an option. I had to make business ownership work — and I did.

From there, I went on to close hundreds of deals, learning the hard truths of what makes a business sell, what makes it fail, and what separates a short-term hustle from a long-term wealth asset.

Every challenge became a lesson. Every setback became fuel. And now, I bring those lessons to entrepreneurs and creators who don’t just want income today — they want freedom, wealth, and legacy tomorrow.
